Ordering

• The sooner you pay, the sooner your commission will be done. I complete commissions in the order that I receive payment. Only complete the payment once I have agreed to take your commission.

• Custom commissions are doable, but please contact me first to ask if I'm available for such projects. Prices will vary and won't be priced the same as normal commissions.

• I reserve the right to refuse any commission idea.

Payment & Refunds

• Payments must be paid in full and up front with the exception of payment plans for larger works. Orders that are over $100 qualify for a payment plan.

• Commissions should be paid within five days after an agreement. If you are unable to pay, the order will be canceled.

• All payments are accepted through PayPal unless we have agreed on another form of payment. Ask about the payment method if unsure.

• USD is the accepted currency.

• Cryptocurrency is NOT a valid currency. Payment through this method will have your order canceled and your name blacklisted.

• Full refunds are available before any progress is made.  If the order has been started, the refund is calculated based on the progress made.

• Refunds are not available once the commission has been completed.

Image Rights

• I own all rights to the created artwork. I have the right to use the work as a commission example, as well as post and share the artwork with credit to the commissioner. If the commissioner does not want the work to be posted, that must be discussed before an agreement is made. 

• Commissions are for personal use only. This includes using it as a profile picture or printing it for personal use. Selling or using my art for commercial purposes is forbidden. Using my artwork for NFTS or AI image training is not considered personal use. 

• Reposts are allowed as long as I am clearly credited as the artist. 

• Watermarks should not be altered, covered, removed, or erased, and should remain visible. 

Adopts/Designs

• You may resell designs, but not for more than the original price unless additional art is involved.

• You are free to alter the design. This includes changing species, gender, markings, etc.

• Do not make my designs into closed/open species. 

Will and Won't Draw

Below is a general guideline of what I will and won't draw. If you're not sure I'll accept, just ask!

Will Draw

• Humans Humanoids, Aliens, Etc.

• Animals Ferals, Anthros/Furries, Pets, Etc.

• Monsters

• Mechs and Metal Armor, Machinery, Weapons

• Fanmade Characters

• Gore

Won't Draw

• Canon Characters Either from popular existing media or other people's characters without permission

• Political Art

• Heavy NSFW / Fetishes

• Harmful / Hateful Art
